Drew Littrell

Over the last decade, I’ve worked with teams at Nike, Adobe, Galaxy, Bridgewater, and Cornell and many more on products, systems, and strategy.

The industries vary. The problems usually don’t: too many moving parts, unclear structure, competing constraints, and work that starts to drift when the system beneath it doesn’t hold.

A lot of that work lives in the overlap — defining the thing itself, clarifying how it should work, and helping it move forward when the path from idea to execution isn’t clean.

This site is a running archive of projects, writing, and notes from that work.

Right Now

A short list of what I’m actively focused on.

  • Expanding the work archive into stronger case-study pages.
  • Leading design and product decisions for external trading tools.
  • Developing writing and notes on systems, strategy, and execution.

Selected work

A few projects from the last decade.

Lightroom Heuristic Analysis

Helped structure a complex initiative so decisions, execution, and system design held together under real constraints.

About

I work across product, systems, strategy, and execution. The through-line is structure: helping complicated things become more coherent, more workable, and easier to move forward. I tend to do my best work when there are too many moving parts and no obvious way to make the whole thing hang together.
