Doorpass

Fractional CPO at Doorpass, a smart-lock platform for real estate. I led the product end to end, from the access model through the iOS app and web, and built doorpass.ai. Making the property the center of the model turned the unlock from a shared secret into a permissioned event, so one app could serve sellers, agents, and brokerages instead of splitting into a separate product for each.

A product-modeling tool I built that turns a design into a working React application. The point is to keep design intent connected to what gets implemented, so the hard parts (states, edge cases, failure modes) get resolved in a working model instead of disappearing between handoff and build. React and YAML output work today; bidirectional Figma sync is in progress.

Independent

An open-source CLI I built that catches when AI-rewritten code drifts from what it was for. An agent can leave a file that compiles, types clean, and passes its tests while it has quietly stopped doing its job, because types describe shape, not intent. Rēkon makes that failure visible.

Pearson

A multi-year engagement turning student uncertainty into a platform students could use, partners could join, and Pearson could keep building. I led product and brand strategy through workshops, future-state concepts, sales decks, a marketing site, and a national print magazine for schools.

BXRX

Led ongoing product strategy, architecture, and design systems for a medication-adherence product built on a connected hardware device and an iOS app. The work spanned the design system, onboarding, medication setup, and the data views that turn daily logging into something a user can act on.

STÆD

Led the brand and product strategy engagement for STÆD and saw it through to delivery. It produced the website, the brand and product imagery, the site copy and information architecture, and the final pass on the can design. I still pick up website and can-design work as it's needed.

The Village Company

Led the development team that maintained and updated The Village Company's site over four years: unifying the navigation, moving pages onto new templates, and making the changes their data called for across marketing and the rest of the site. I did the UX design as needed.

Eldil

Did product strategy and information architecture for Eldil, a generative engine optimization (GEO) product. The work shaped the main user flows and onboarding.

Galaxy

Designed a dense institutional trading interface for a crypto-native investment firm, packing watchlist, charts, market depth, order ticket, balances, and open orders into one dashboard without hiding the work traders need to do. I led it first as the solo designer and then as design lead, building the system, testing the core interactions, and hiring the team to carry it forward. I now manage the client relationship and delivery.

Cornell

Cornell's ILR site had valuable content, but the structure made too much of it hard to find. I reworked the information architecture and search so students, faculty, researchers, and visitors could move through a large institutional site without already knowing where everything lived.

Happy Path

Set the North Star designs for the product, then led design alongside another product designer across the brand, the product, and the pitch materials. I managed the engagement for two years.

RITE Coffee

Did everything but make the coffee, from naming and brand through site, marketing, and SEO.

Adobe

Lightroom.com had a strong product, a trusted brand, and a real creative community, but the path from interest to signup wasn't clear enough. I led the audit that found why, then defined a conversion flow that put product value, community, and signup into a clearer sequence.

Dragon Alliance

Rebuilt Dragon Alliance's ecommerce site end to end: information architecture, search and filtering, and checkout, focused on conversion.

IFTTT

Designed IFTTT's Pro offering and reworked the product's core flow, along with parts of the website's information architecture.

MedCerts

Led a B2B launch for MedCerts: strategy, a new brand expression, and a new website, with architecture, copy, marketing, the go-to-market plan, technical SEO, and ongoing site work.

Nike

Redesigned NikeVision.com, Nike's eyewear site: site architecture, wireframes, search and filtering, and checkout, with conversion as the organizing constraint.

Pilgrim Africa

Led the brand redesign for Pilgrim Africa and managed the asset production and website design for the engagement.

Subspace

Did product strategy, information architecture, and product design for Subspace, a distributed media encoding platform. The work centered on the product's user flows.

OnX

Built a token system and a multi-product design system for onX Maps and led its implementation. The work established shared components and standards that scaled across multiple products.

Wonder

Led the site redesign: information architecture, copy, graphic design, and layout. I hand-drew the base imagery the final art was built from.

Quartz

Designed a conference administration and attendee-facing engagement platform for Quartz. I set the product direction and designed key screens across the admin and attendee experience.

SESH

Rebuilt the app architecture for SESH, the Fit By Katy app. After launch, the iOS App Store rating rose from 2.0 to 4.5.

Did product R&D, research, and design for internal tools. Bridgewater is one of those places where you're not supposed to talk about what you did there. :)
